Although I mainly focus on the physical aspect to personal training, I find it essential my client’s are informed as well as fully understand the physiological benefits that can be gained from the correct attitude towards a healthy lifestyle.
My training capability ranges from highly skilled athletes such as professional mixed martial artists to the everyday individual who seeks small but meaningful results, such as weight loss or simple general fitness. I like working in environments that my client’s feel most comfortable, whether that be at gym, the workplace, at home or even a local park, no matter where great results will be achieved.
